Sponsors are an integral part of BATRC. Typically, we have about a dozen paid sponsors each year. Dues are $60 per year which allows them two pages on the BATRC website to display their business card, write a short description of their products and/or services, post a store front photo or product, and post their business website address (optional).
For a list of ACTIVE and INACTIVE sponsors, log onto the BATRC Membership Database webpage. Board members will need to use their username and password to access the data. The Membership Committee and/or Web Admins are the only members who can edit the membership records. See Membership Document Library for more information.
At the end of each year, the BATRC Treasurer should mail out Sponsor Invoices for the following year, or have the BATRC Media Rep and/or the Web Admin; or a Board member visit each sponsor to thank them for their support. While visiting with the sponsors, encourage them to post information about their new products and services such as uploading PDF flyers to advertise and open house, special event, new products, etc.
