Iron Mountain Lookout

By |November 7th, 2020|Categories: 1-All-Trails, 3-Hard, 3-Size 50", Zone 6|

MILES: 50

ZONE: 6

MACHINE SIZE : 50

RIDE CENTER LINK:  https://www.meetup.com/ATVridecenter/events/256305077/

NOTES:  Steep and super rocky, but the view from the top is spectacular.   The last mile or so up to the top is called “Satan’s Mistress” if that tells you anything.  There is another section on this route that comes from the campground and travels above a creek… this section is hair raising as it’s a long way down and you’d likely not survive it if you come off the trail which is THIN.  Nothing except 50″ machines (and we would recommend not even 50″ side by sides).
