Great Food, Fun and Fellowship!
About 70 were in attendance at our Annual Picnic in the Park! Doug D was the Picnic Coordinator and was able to bring his company’s large BBQ! He was kept busy cooking hamburgers, hot dogs and onions! Barney S was in charge of the cooking corn on the cob; and Jim M kept the serving tables filled with food. Members brought lots of goodies–no one left hungry! Mike and Yvette P gave away some items from our Club Store, sacks of corn on the cob, and left over hamburgers, hot dogs, and buns! It appeared that just about everyone left with something. It was a nice event and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves even though it was 95 degrees! Thanks to all those that helped.
