Red Cabbage Salad Recipe

Several members from the Miller Mountain Clean-up requested a copy of the Red Cabbage Salad served by Margaret H.  She responded with the following comment and link:

We enjoyed the weekend (Miller Mtn Clean-up) and meeting so many new friends.

We are happy to share this link to the red cabbage salad (served at pot luck at Miller Mtn).

I made two substitutions: sunflower seed for the pine nuts and 2 cups frozen corn heated through for the corn.  Added chopped tomatoes too.
