Subject: Senate hearing id Monday
All, Please pass this on to as many people as you can. The senate hearing for SB 1015 & 1016 is Monday 14 March at 1:30. This is what we have been waiting for and what we have worked so hard for all year. If it dies Monday, it’s dead and ………over. If it passes Monday, it goes on the the House and we’ll most likely see it passed into law. We had a weak showing at the last hearing. I understand some folks live far away and some just can’t come but plase come if you can, it’s very important that YOU, as an individual is there. We need to continue the emails & phone calls to the legislatures and Committee members and we REALLY need people to show up if they can on Monday. They don’t need to testify if they choose not too, but we need them to sign the sheet in support of these bills. Please see Senator Corder’s email below for details.
Dave, Senator Corder said just keep our testimony the same even though they will be hearing the other F&G bill at the same time. Everyone, please do NOT confuse with the other bill (F&G fees for law enforcement). We are addressing the motorized vehicle restriction rule. PLEASE gather the folks and lets get this done.

Mark the hearing has been set for S1015 and S1016 on Monday the 14th at 1:30 in the auditorium. Gather the troops. There will be another bill presented as well that addresses the F&G and the fees they collect for enforcing the federal road closures.
