Does anyone use a tire puncture sealant in their ATV tires? Is it recommended or not?

Ask the tire guys what they think about this stuff. They hate it, it is messy and a bugger to clean up all of which takes them a lot more time to change a tire and thus costing you more money.
Suggestion; carry a good tire repair kit on your ATV
A couple of the ATV dealers told me they would not change my tires if I had used Slime. don’t know about they other sealers, but I agree with Kenny, carry a good repair kit with plugs, rubber cement and a small compressor.
I only use slime in bicycle tires because they have tubes & you can throw the tube away. I used to work in a tire shop & I change my own ATV tires. The sealant makes a huge mess in tubeless tires. I carry plugs and a compressor.
Thanx to all of the responses.
Most all the tire stores and dealers will not repair an Atv TIRE THAT HAS BEEN SLIMMED.
I have great regard for the four club members who have responded to your question and I am only a relatively new club member with 1200 miles on my UTV. I have also had two flat (front) tires on club rides. Fortunately I carry a spare tire. If not for my spare, I would have been in trouble as the plug option did not hold air in my tire. On one plug (not holding) when I added slime, it held. What is more important, whether the tire company will change the tire (Commercial Tire changed mine with no complaint) or getting your machine back from the ride? At least carry some slime you can add if needed when the plug fails.

Most of the tire punctures come fro having too much air pressure in the specific tire, check the side wall for the suggested pressure and stick with it !!
